国际接入号说明：
1. 国际接入号包含国际本地城市接入号和拨打方免费接入号，以帮助主持人或参会人减少或免除国际通信费用。
2. local toll国际本地城市接入号，参会人拨打本地号码，承担本地通信费，节省国际长途费用。主办方需要支付费用。
3. toll free拨打方免费接入号，参会人拨打免费。主办方需要支付费用。

Access number description：
1. The global access dial-in numbers include both toll free and local toll numbers， which allow both the chairperson and the participants of a conference to eliminate or reduce international phone charges. This is the best way for a cost-effective global conference call.
2. A local toll number is a number that participants can join the conference via a local number. They only need to pay the local access fee, saving them with the cost of an international call. The conference host will incur charges.
3. A toll free number is a number participants can use to dial-in without any charge. The conference host will incur charges. 小贴士：
1. 建议已开通国际接入号的国家与地区用户，拨打本地城市接入号入会，本地城市接入号对拨打方没有任何接入限制。
2. 拨打方免费接入号对拨打方有一定限制，大部分国际与地区号码支持手机与固话接入，但是部分运营商有限制，需要根据用户使用的运营商决定。部分运营商手机需要额外支付费用。
3. 国际本地城市接入号的呈现方式为：+国家代码-区号-本地号码，拨打方式与所在的国家以及使用的电话相关，需要询问当地电信运营商。例如：从中国拨打法国接入号，需要拨打：0033-1-8514 9643（增加中国国际接入码00），从巴黎拨打，请呼叫85149643，从法国其他地方呼叫，请拨打01-85149643（增加长途接入码0）。


Tips:
1. It is recommended that for users in the countries listed above to dial-in the meeting via local toll numbers as most of them have no limitations.
2. There are access limitations for international toll free numbers. Most fixed phones and cell phones are available in all countries and areas. But not all fixed phones and cells are available, according to local carriers. Airtime charged to mobile end user in some countries.
3. The international local toll number is listed as +country code-area code- local number. Please ask your local carrier provider for dailing plan, international prefix and trunk prefix. e.g. Dialing from China to France, caller need to dial 0033-1-8514 9643 (adding international call prefix 00). Dialing within Paris, the caller should dial 85149643. It is necessary to dial the "trunk prefix" 0 before area code if dialing from elsewhere in Paris, that is 01-85149643.
